Why I'm torn on this

The location is convenient with various dining options nearby. Daily breakfast was plentiful but could use more hot selections.

The pool was disappointing due to maintenance issues and cleanliness, Slow check-in process left a less than favorable first impression.

Yogurt, eggs, and hot waffles in the morning.

The breakfast area was always clean and comfortable. The food was excellent. I particularly enjoyed the wide variety.

The pool is nice and the control over the noise level. Had a great experience overall!

Everything about this hotel is warm and friendly. Quiet too. I feel very secure here each month that I come to stay, and being an older female, that is very important.

I can't have everything, but having a TV service that requires paying for music really is annoying. I just think it is over the top for Direct TV to charge for this.

It was a commendable fit for a short interlude in Gray with good value for money. The staff went out of their way to ensure everything was comfortable and clean, which I really appreciated. Look for deals on local dining spots to maximize your experience.

The location of this hotel just next door to New Orleans and surrounding areas, restaurants and a Walmart store was marvellous and lovely. Furthermore, in the Houma area: )

Greetings, My husband works on a supply vessel for an oil company close by and after the long drive from Georgia each month, a good rest before reporting for work is very important. I drove him down this time and really enjoyed staying at your Best Western. The price is great for the quality here. Rooms are so clean, pool was very clean and well kept. Staff was so friendly from the front desk to the house keepers. This reflects good management. I really enjoyed the Cajun lady attendant at the breakfast Room. I really meant to ask her name. She was such a joy talking with about Louisiana food and the area. Also Houma has everything and so very close by. Thank you and see ya next month, Dee, West Point, Ga

I can't think of a thing that was bad. Everything was clean, from the glass doors to the parking lot.

The room was huge and comfy, like a cozy hug! A nice bonus was the clean, refreshing pool that had me splashing around. Loved the nearby eateries-convenience at its finest!

But really, I think the internet speed was auditioning for the world's slowest turtle title! And let's talk about the strange hair in the bathroom-definitely not what I signed up for!

Positive, Great location near dining options. Room was clean and spacious with a microwave and fridge. Breakfast featured delicious Cajun food. Staff were great for our group. Enjoyed the complimentary cookies in the lobby 😊

The room was super comfy with high-quality bedding that really helped me get a good night's sleep. It was spacious and clean, feel even more inviting. The bathroom had nice tile fixtures and plenty of space to move around. I didn't notice any major issues, just the air conditioning was a bit noisy.
